TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account, loading wallet credit, or placing an order on retyro.example, you enter a binding agreement with retyro. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the marketplace.

Marketplace

The retyro storefront, account area, and wallet operated at retyro.example.

Key

A digital activation code or asset delivered after a completed order, redeemable on a third-party platform such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo.

Wallet

Your stored balance of prepaid credit held in the marketplace and used to pay for orders.

Order

A confirmed purchase of one or more products, settled via wallet balance or an external payment gateway.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the marketplace.

• //You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, including your email address.
• //You must verify your email address before you can sign in and transact.
• //You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials — keep your password confidential.
• //We may suspend or close accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or resale of keys in breach of platform rules.

All products sold are digital activation keys. No physical media is shipped. Region locks, language availability, and platform requirements are stated on each product page where known.

Region & platform compatibility

It is your responsibility to confirm that a key is compatible with your account region and platform before purchase. A key activated on the wrong platform or region cannot be reversed.

Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout (catalogue default EUR). Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

• //We re-price each line at checkout to reflect live availability; the confirmed total is final.
• //Promotional prices apply only while displayed and may carry per-account limits.
• //Obvious pricing errors do not bind us and may be cancelled with a full refund of any charge.

You may pre-load credit into your wallet and use it to settle orders. Wallet balances are denominated in a single currency fixed when the wallet is created.

• //Top-ups are processed through our payment gateway and credited once the payment is confirmed.
• //Wallet credit has no cash value beyond purchases on the marketplace and is non-transferable between accounts.
• //We do not pay interest on stored balances.

When you place an order we debit your wallet (or capture your gateway payment), reserve stock, and begin fulfilment. Most keys are delivered instantly; some are sourced and may take longer.

3. 03Fulfilment runs: keys are either delivered instantly or marked as processing.
4. 04Delivered keys appear on the order detail page and remain available in your order history.

Keys are delivered electronically to your account. A key may be a text serial or an image asset depending on the product. You are responsible for redeeming keys promptly on the correct platform.

If fulfilment fails after payment, the order is flagged and our team intervenes — you will either receive a working key or a refund of the affected line to your wallet.

• //Orders that fail fulfilment are refunded to your wallet automatically.
• //Duplicate or accidental charges are reversed once verified.
• //A key that is provably invalid or already used at delivery is replaced or refunded.
• //Change-of-mind requests for revealed keys cannot be honoured.

You agree to use the marketplace lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or the experience of other users.

• //No automated scraping, bulk ordering, or circumvention of purchase limits.
• //No fraudulent payments, stolen cards, or chargeback abuse.
• //No reselling or distributing keys in breach of the originating platform's terms.
• //No attempts to probe, breach, or disrupt our systems or fulfilment pipeline.

The marketplace design, text, and arrangement are owned by retyro or its licensors. Game titles, artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective publishers; their appearance here does not imply endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of third-party platforms on which keys are redeemed.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
